Prasanna Vithanage’s ‘Paradise’ has shared the Kim Jiseok award for the best film at the 28th Busan International Film Festival in South Korea.
The film’s cast includes Roshan Mathews, Darshana Rajendran, Shyam Fernando and Mahendra Perera.
‘Bride Kidnapping’ by Korea’s Mirlan Abdykalykov is the co-winner of the award.
The film festival took place from 04 to 13 October and 11 awards were on offer, competed by entries from 31 countries.
