Jagath Manuwarna’s ‘Rahas Kiyana Kandu’, or ‘Whispering Mountains’, has been chosen to compete at the Dhaka International Film Festival in Bangladesh.
It will feature in the Asian competition section.
The 22nd edition of the film festival takes place from 20 to 28 January 2024.
It has attracted more than 220 entries from 70 countries.
Manuwarna’s film previously won the NETPAC (Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema) award at the Rotterdam International Film Festival 2023.
