On the previous day, he participated in a landmark event that promises to usher in a new era of spiritual connectivity and cultural resurgence.

It was the launch of Shree Ramayan Trails' project, which took place under his divine guidance and endorsement at the Taj Samudra, Colombo.

President's chief of staff and national security advisor Sagala Ratnayaka graced the occasion as the chief guest while former speaker Karu Jayasuriya delivered the keynote address.

The 'Shree Ramayan Trails' aims to transform nine key sites across Sri Lanka into world-class monuments, epitomizing the spiritual and historical essence of the epic Ramayana.
