President Ranil Wickremesinghe has congratulated Sri Lanka women’s cricket captain Chamari Athapaththu following her historic innings against South Africa.
She scored an unbeaten 195 off 139 balls, leading her team to victory to secure a 1-1 draw in the ODI series.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka Cricket is to felicitate the skipper and also grant a nearly Rs. 10 million cash reward to the team.
