Colombo’s Galadari Hotel will be renamed Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo under a renovation by a multinational hospitality company.
It has entered into hotel development and management services agreements with Radisson Hotels Asia-Pacific Investments Ltd.
The announcement has been made under listing rules to the Colombo Stock Exchange.
It includes the form of a license agreement and management consultancy agreement that may be entered into at a future date at the option of the company.
Shareholders passed the relevant resolution at an extraordinary general meeting on 06 July, making it effective from 01 May.
