Speaking at a public meeting in Kuliyapitiya, Premadasa outlined his vision for the future and his plans to uplift the lives of ordinary citizens.
"I would like to tell you clearly that we believe that on the 21st we will give birth to the age of common people in which the common man will reign," Premadasa stated.
He announced an ambitious plan to establish fourteen production factories in the Kurunegala district as an initial project. These factories will be set up in fourteen different electorates, with plans to expand to all 30 divisional secretarial jurisdictions within the district.
